El Luchador started on a tiny rooftop in Oaxaca, where our grandmother roasted chiles on a clay comal every Sunday. The neighbors came for the sauce and stayed for the stories.
Today we still cook in small batches, still char by hand, and still believe a meal without heat is a match without a fight. Every bottle is a little piece of that rooftop - loud, colorful and unapologetically spicy.
