The Gilded Martini
London dry gin, dry vermouth, champagne mist
Shocked cold and finished with a floating gold-leaf disk. Clean, dangerous, and dressed for the occasion.

A hidden cocktail lounge above the skyline, serving stiff drinks and soft jazz until the small hours.
Step off the elevator into a room of velvet, brass, and candlelight. The walls are lacquered emerald; the lamps are gilded. We believe a cocktail should be as considered as the room in which it is served - built slowly, garnished precisely, and enjoyed without hurry.
The entrance is unmarked. Look for the brass knocker in the lobby of the Merchants Building, 14th floor, then take the private lift to the roof.
We keep the room small by choice - twenty-eight seats, the terrace beyond. Advance reservations are strongly encouraged, especially on Fridays and Saturdays.
