The Emerald Monarch
Gin · Chartreuse · Bergamot · Mint Veil
A jade-green sour crowned with a single edible gold leaf. Bright, herbal, and faintly regal.
A Rooftop Speakeasy · Above the 14th Floor
Climb past the velvet rope into a hidden art-deco terrace where the skyline glitters, the jazz is low, and every pour is poured like it's 1924.
Each cocktail is built on the bar's own infusions, gold-leaf garnishes and hand-cut ice - numbered, the way the old houses did it.
Brass railings, malachite tables and a sunburst floor inlay set the stage. The skyline does the rest. Find us through the unmarked door beside the lobby florist - knock twice, and say you're expected.
"You take the elevator up and step out of this century entirely. The light is all gold, the city is at your feet, and the cocktails are flawless."
The City Review · Bar of the Year
Tables are released two weeks ahead and go quickly. Walk-ins welcome at the bar rail when the rope allows.
