Nuestra Historia

Born in a Oaxaca Kitchen, Raised in the Ring.

EL GRITO started on a wood stove with my grandmother's molcajete and a stubborn belief that hot sauce should taste like somewhere. Every recipe is a tribute to the mercado, the mural and the masked heroes of lucha libre.

We print every label as a hand-pulled woodcut, fire-roast every chile, and refuse to rush the ferment. Loud on the shelf, louder on the plate - that's the grito.
